We specialize in resurfacing, re-glazing bathtubs, showers, tile and countertops. Outdated or ugly colors updated. Our process includes multi-layer application of bonding agents, primers and finally a premium acrylic urethane glaze. These layers bond together as they cure creating a very strong, durable and long lasting surface. We are locally owned and operated. All surface technicians are factory trained and certified. We give free estimates and work is warrantied.

"Remarkable work...it looks like new! Very fair prices. I've already called her back to do more work."

Bathtub Restoration questions, answered by experts

Epoxy is nonporous, so it won’t allow liquids, bacteria, or other contaminants to penetrate the surface. It’s highly water-resistant and easy to clean and maintain, another boon for modern homeowners. Epoxy remains a popular choice for counters, floors, and any surface where good hygiene is crucial.

Most homeowners need to wait at least two days, sometimes three, to use their bathtub following the reglazing process. That’s the normal length of time it takes for epoxy resin to cure. There are quick-dry epoxy kits available that cure in 12 hours, though. To ensure that the epoxy dries properly, try to ventilate the bathroom as well as you can.

A peeling bathtub is not a good thing. It’s a sign that the finish is coming off, and continued exposure to water and cleaning products can continue to damage the finish and eventually the underlying structure of the tub. What starts as a few chips or flakes can worsen into large chunks peeling off.

You're more likely to accidentally crack your plastic tub rather than successfully fixing a hole. You can fix hairline cracks and larger stress cracks with a plastic tub crack repair kit from a home improvement store. You'll need to clean out the tub, apply either the epoxy resin or filler putty compound into the crack, let it dry, and then sand it out.

Depending on your budget, you might consider a new tub as part of your bathroom remodel costs. It could be a good opportunity to update everything after considering all of the bathroom remodel ideas out there.

No. You should let the caulk completely dry before you expose it to moisture. It’s safest to wait at least a full day before showering where you’ve recently caulked. Showering before caulk is fully dry can lead to a poor seal, meaning water can seep into cracks and cause damage and mold growth.
