"What they did was mostly done well. However, they may have been working too h****** one of the doors and ended up breaking the glass in a door completely. They offered to purchase the glass replacement but we had to purchase the wood work. We had to go through a company they chose and it took them several months to get the repair completed. When the subcontractor came out to take measurements, they told us that our other door was rotted and we purchased another one through them. When their subcontractor put in the new door, the lock would not work. They ordered a new lock, installed it, and it would not work on the new door as well. They recommended that we then go to a locksmith. Ultimately, the lock miraculously started to work on its own. Overall, the workers with JW Home Improvement were good, conscientious, hard workers. They were really trying to do a good job. The owner came out and really tried to make things right with us. When the work came apart on the pillars in the front, they came back out and repaired it. I wouldn't use their subcontactor, but we would hire JW Home Improvement again."
