"Nice kid. Not sure that he’s a true locksmith but he is learning!! He left all of his mess from drilling holes in my door. That’s why I called him a nice kid. The work seems to be fine but he showed up in a random unmarked car, didn’t appear neat or professional. I think he will figure it out. He has the skills."

He provided clear, descriptive quotes for various door options, and helped us to understand the real differences and implications between the options. He was understanding when we decided to purchase the materials ourselves (we wanted to use some gift cards/credit with a big box store). Michael performed the work, and was on time, friendly and efficient. He helped unload material (even though they did not source it), and did quality work.
