"The install young men, Joseph and Datrel were pleasant. Looked like they enjoyed their work. But, good grief, broke siding and given an invoice at close of job of a stranger. How do I know the correct unit was installed? If the office can't pay attention to detail, how do we trust the techs pay attention to detail during installation?"

"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

"Joe, came to my home to because I had no water. We had agreed upon 8:00 am he text and said he would be there by 7:30. When he arrived I showed him the garage where the house equipment was located. The first thing he noticed was that the water tank switch was installed incorrectly (the switch has been there for 27 years) I had the home built. Then he notice something not up to code. Showed him the well pump and he assess the pump. Joe then tells me my pump failed and would need to be replaced. The price would be 3,500 for the pump and 800.00 to replace the electrical components inside the well. I kindly paid him the $60.00 service fee and said good bye. The next company came at 10:00 am and replaced my pump in about 40 minutes and saved me over $2,000.00! This company stated my wiring was good and everything was fine inside the garage. Folks do your research- if something does not seem right it?s NOT! He left my breaker switch off and turned my range off breaker off!"

During sales pitch on 12/17, I was told install team would cover floors & anything else. 12/18- During HVAC installation, install team drilled into the brick wall to run the pvc piping outside. They did not cover anything so the brick dust went everywhere! They also failed to seal around the pvc piping hole indoors so cold air was seeping in. Lastly, they spilled pvc primer that is not removable all over my white floors. 12/21- Called ARS b/c house was filled w/ a plastic burning smell. ARS sent tech who said he could not smell anything due to his nasal congestion. He explained that new HVAC may need to ?air out?. 12/23- Heat stopped working in middle of night. Called ARS tech discovered that the air handler burned out b/c it was improperly installed. Plastic condensation tubing was installed outside so it froze & led to heat failure. That explained burning plastic smell b/c air handler was working overtime."

When we had problems, we called them and they diagnosed a leak (the same issue we had with the last HVAC). Even though it was within the warranty period, they insisted we had to get an entirely new HVAC and that it wasn't covered. Their customer service was abysmal- repeated sales calls for a new HVAC system by folks who had no idea that we had already had a service visit, but no information on our technician's diagnosis or pricing. Management we finally spoke with were extremely rude and dismissive. We will never use them again."
