We couldn't be happier with the work done on our boat. Charles and his staff are amazingly professional, we are truly impressed by their work ethics and skills, they executed the job to perfection. Dealing with them was a great pleasure, they are very courteous, punctual, and are willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy! The quality of work, and finished product exceeds our expectation.

I could not be happier. They were supposed to install several repair panels in the bucket seats with upholstery material that we selected together. Instead of repairing the seat bottom panels on the driver's side, they detected some small cracks that would eventually tear and they instead replaced and re-stitched the entire seat bottom at no extra charge. I was concerned about the t-top seal installation before they did it, but it looks like a perfect installation. Being a classic car I was somewhat worried about theft while it was sitting there, but no problem...without asking they put it inside at night. How about that!

I took my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2000 Jaguar XJ8 to Auto & Marine Upholstery to get both headliners replaced.  Charles could not have been more helpful.  He explained exactly why the headliners were in such bad shape and how he was going to replace them.  The interiors of both cars look terrific!  On time-on cost-great product-professional shop owner.  How's it get better than that?

The owner, Charles, was awesome. He knew what I wanted and expected. Several places no longer carried the quality OEM replacement top, so he said to get the best I would have to wait a couple of weeks to receive it. He did not charge me an addtional amount than his original quote, which was less than 5 other quotes I received prior. I love the replacement top quality (better than the orginal) and his craftmanship. He is a very detailed-oriented.
