Outstanding!
Called around to several different plumbers that evening who were out on other jobs and could not come to our aid. Looked on
Angies list and found John Wayne Plumbing, called and success! John arrived on time and stayed until all the water was drained and the system was 100% back on line. True pro and a joy to work with. Recommend him to others and will use in the future.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Explained everything he was doing and removed all the job waste without our asking. From the time he arrived until his departure he showed an empathy for our plight and assured us he could fix the problem. A faulty sump is never fun; however, it was a pleasure to meet Mr Pinnell that evening. He will be our plumber of record from here on out.

This was a complex problem. He is very technically competent and actually corrected some work done by another plumbing company. I was very pleased with his work.
