"Excellent communication. Arrived on time. He would not wire the water heater, so we did the wiring to the breaker box ourselves. He did a great job with the install to the tub. He also fixed a leak he discovered for another $150+. The entire project was very expensive, but I got two estimates and they were the same - but the other estimate included the wiring."

"Air Force One Heating and Cooling is the best. I wouldn’t hire anyone else. You won’t be sorry if you hire them."

"Tried to push me into purchasing a new water heater and quoted me higher price based on estimate from their affiliated company (which had accidentally quoted me wrong price initially)."

"Quick, thorough, and candid replacement of water heater."

"My water heater was leaking, and within a few days of contacting this company a technician inspected the problem, sent me a price quote, scheduled a weekend  installation, and the work was completed promptly, courteously, and for a reasonable price. Excellent customer service all around, and I highly recommend John Dexter."

"We used TWF Construction for our concrete patio and renovated our bathroom as well. The TWF Team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. The best part was the communication and follow up along the way."

"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

"Great customer service! Josh and his team (Kevin and Chris - installers) were great from the first phone call until the house cooled down! Professional staff, took every precaution to keep our house clean while they worked, cleaned up afterwards....very customer focused. They met every timeline they provided. The ladies in the office staff were super friendly. Of note, it took a few days before we could get system installed. They delivered and installed window units in the den and bedrooms to get us through the hot days. All i all, a great experience and we can't recommend going anywhere else."

"Excellent! They repaired the spigot. They also did general look around at other plumbing to make sure no issues.?They were able to come out right away so that the rental property was ready for new tenants. Everything went fine. The work looks great and now we can actually turn water on and off. Will use them gain for my plumbing issues at the property."
