"If I could give 10 stars I would! Our 2 year old hot water heater went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical issue. Tommy came the next morning, identified the problem and explained everything to me. He returned later that afternoon with a brand new hot water heater and installed it. We had hot water less than 24 hours after our heater went out! Installation was professional and I can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. He was also up front, fair and honest about pricing. Thank you so much!"

"Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year, so I contacted Advanced Environment Solutions for a bid. I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. Still I felt compelled to leave a review for AES and Tammy to highlight their professionalism and service-oriented approach. WiIll absolutely consider AES for future projects."

"My previous heater was over 20 years old and rusted at the bottom. I was concerned that it would start leaking soon. Jake ordered the appropriate size replacement and installed it within the week. The installation and removal of the old heater took less than 1.5 hours. He is very organized, detailed and conscientious. He has done other work for me in the past and I have always been pleased with his work. His prices are a little higher but I would rather pay the extra and know that I am getting someone who stands behind their work, is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable as well.
