"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

They have switched out outlets, installed indoor ceiling fans, installed outdoor ceiling fans, ran electrical to my outdoor water feature and switched out my light fixtures. "It was difficult for me to describe what type of wire had been severed by a previous work crew -- who never bothered to tell me that they had cut a wire while they jack-hammered my back concrete deck --  so we agreed that when the electrician had another job in my area, he would stop by to assess my workscope.  He did that on Friday -- fortunately I was here because I got no call in advance  -- and he concluded that the work could be performed at that time.  The wire was reconnected and tested to see if all of the electricity-consuming featured in the gazebo worked.  Not all did, but that was the fault of the appliance, not the work performed by the electrician.  I asked that, as an extra service, he tack up another electrical line so that I wouldn't sever it when I mowed along the edge and under my deck, and he did so cheerfully.  The two-man crew was here for a bit more than an hour and accomplished what I had asked him to do in the Angie's List Big Deal, which was two man-hours of electrical work of any kind.  I have greater peace of mind now that my dogs can play in the back yard without my worrying that they will come in contact with a live wire..
