"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

His deputies Jeremy and Demeric did all the work. They were very polite, professional and hard working young men and have a bright future ahead. "It was difficult for me to describe what type of wire had been severed by a previous work crew -- who never bothered to tell me that they had cut a wire while they jack-hammered my back concrete deck --  so we agreed that when the electrician had another job in my area, he would stop by to assess my workscope.  He did that on Friday -- fortunately I was here because I got no call in advance  -- and he concluded that the work could be performed at that time.  The wire was reconnected and tested to see if all of the electricity-consuming featured in the gazebo worked.  Not all did, but that was the fault of the appliance, not the work performed by the electrician.  I asked that, as an extra service, he tack up another electrical line so that I wouldn't sever it when I mowed along the edge and under my deck, and he did so cheerfully.  The two-man crew was here for a bit more than an hour and accomplished what I had asked him to do in the Angie's List Big Deal, which was two man-hours of electrical work of any kind.  I have greater peace of mind now that my dogs can play in the back yard without my worrying that they will come in contact with a live wire..
