Beware of Malone Electrical Solutions We hired Malone Electrical Solutions to move a 220v oven connection from the floor to the wall. Two days before the appointment, the technician came for a walkthrough. He said the job would be very simple and could be done in two days. On the day of service, he worked for about an hour before telling my wife that he could not turn the power back on because our breaker box “needed to be replaced” and that it would cost $7,500 to fix. He also told us that if we didn’t agree to the work, we’d be left without power. We pushed back, since we had already had two electricians evaluate the home and neither mentioned this issue. After going back and forth with management, they finally restored the power. However, he then told us our oven wouldn’t work because he switched the 3-prong plug to a 4-prong—leaving us unable to use the oven. On top of that, he left our house a mess, with ceiling tiles down and debris everywhere. When the job was “done,” he asked me to sign off. I said I needed to speak with a manager first. Instead of waiting, he left, closed the job, and forged my wife’s signature as a “no contact” signature. We never got a follow-up call. We have since had another licensed electrician come out, and they confirmed that our house is fine. Unfortunately, we learned that this is a common scare tactic some companies use to pressure homeowners into expensive, unnecessary work. Before writing this, I also found other reviews describing the exact same experience. ⚠️ Beware of this company.

Mo right to work, and efficiently replaced the inner electrical parts of our yard lamppost and porch light and installed our new fixtures. When our small project of replacing an outlet turned out to be a worn out breaker and slight emergency, our techs remained calm, explained it in layman’s terms, and did a great job at speedily replacing it.

The absolute most unprofessional company i have ever had the displeasure of contracting. I hired them to install an electrical outlet a simple task for most companies. I was charged for a 60 estimate in which the tech came to my house and inspected both the location and the breaker box and was told there would be no problem doing the job but it would be 660 dollars. An absolute ridicuolus rate but due to our situation and needing it done we agreed as long as the job could be completed quickly and properly. An hour later a tech comes to the house to complete the task upon drilling the hole and installing the outlet I was the told they would not install it to the power grid as it would be a "catastrophic failure" and i would have to pay 8,000 dollar. The wire is now in an unuseable state and we will have to pay someone to not only fix there mistake but also the original problem. On top of all that im out 660 dollars and have a worse situation.

I needed to fix a 3-way circuit to accommodate hands free light turn on while go up/down the stairs. Joshua was very thorough and found the problem after a thorough inspection and used professional troubleshooting techniques. He was very courteous and took time to explain what he was doing. I would definitely call this company again if I have other electrical problems.

Josh was our technician. He provided good customer service while getting the work done. Made sure everything was working correctly before leaving.

The gentleman was courteous, efficient and installed the fan with no trouble.

Our project started with the installation of a range exhaust hood and the trouble-shooting of an outlet that refused to work properly. Josh took all the time needed to make sure everything was completed successfully. As part of his very thorough service, Josh examined the aging circuit breaker to make sure there were no dangerous possibilities. When he showed me the melted and discolored surfaces, I asked that the box be replaced. That work was done very promptly and extremely well. I would highly recommend Malone Electric Solutions. The man is a master at his craft and his entire staff is friendly and so good at their jobs. It is hard to find a reliable professional, but we definitely found one!
