He was extremely busy, and seemed to be a victim of his own popularity. as he was overwhelmed with work and catching up from weather delays. Our flexibility with scheduling worked against us as our project was pushed further and further off. Installation of the drain field and septic system was completed in a single day. They did a good job with the drain field and the septic installation, but managed during the process to hit our foundation and damage several trees with the front loader. We are satisfied with the quality of the septic system, just not satisfied with the process we had to go through to reach the end result."
