Deliveries of the septic tank and materials for the drain field arrived on time and in coordination with the work being done. Several tactical decisions were made regarding the installation of the drain field to speed up the job in an effort to remain ahead of the weather. This gave them time to fill in the trenches, smooth the surface, plant seed that we requested, and cover the seed with straw before the rain came. Otherwise, we would have had a muddy mess. They did a good job with the drain field and the septic installation, but managed during the process to hit our foundation and damage several trees with the front loader. We are satisfied with the quality of the septic system, just not satisfied with the process we had to go through to reach the end result."

The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work."
