We are an award winning family owned stamped concrete company. We having been servicing the area with quality for 15 years now. We take a lot of pride in all of our projects, from the office to the field. We accept all forms of payment (check, visa, mastercard, american express). FREE ESTIMATES !

"What a terrible experience. There is no supervisor on site despite being told there would be. I had broken sprinkler lines despite having marked them in paint and pointed out the markings. I had to correct the concrete forms because the radius was not to specifications nor was it level. The stone wall was placed in the wrong place and had to be redone. And to top it off they broke both mine and my neighbors mailboxes and refused to pay for the damage."

Concrete Cutting questions, answered by experts

Demolition services vary in cost based on the scope of your project, but the average cost to demolish a house is around $15,500 for a 1,500-square-foot house. You can also use a per-square-foot price for demolition to get a good estimate, and you can expect to pay between $4 and $17 per square foot. Several other factors that play a role in your pricing, including the following:

  • Permit costs in your area

  • Building material disposal method

  • Machinery rental costs

  • Lot size

  • Proximity to nearby structures

Yes, removing a chimney is a major undertaking. If your chimney provides structural support to your home (which they often do), you’ll have to take extra precautions to remove it safely and not affect the structural integrity of your home. For a project like this, you’ll need to recruit a structural engineer, masonry contractor, and demotion crew. Between all of the labor and materials, you can expect to pay $2,000 to $10,000 in chimney removal costs.

For concrete that’s under 3 inches thick, use a crowbar or a wrecking tool like a sledgehammer to pry the concrete, starting at the corners and working toward the center. You’ll need a jackhammer to break up concrete that’s over 3 inches thick. Do your homework if you use a jackhammer; you’ll need full protective gear that includes a hard hat, safety goggles, and steel-toed boots.

Yes, you can use a floor jack to remove fence posts. Attach a stem to the base of the fence post so you can position the floor jack underneath. The stem can be a scrap piece of wood attached with nails or a sturdy nail itself. Put the jack beneath the stem and push the lever to lift up on the fence post and remove it from the ground.

Many contractors include debris hauling, or you can recycle concrete for eco-friendly disposal.
