Electric to come over to service a non-performing a/c unit in our home.
Craig was courteous, prompt, helpful and above ALL else, honest! We were
unsure what was causing the unit to fail to cool properly and frankly
would have been ripe for a rip off had an unethical hvac mechanic come.
Craig quickly identified the problem (very minor issue) got our unit up
and running again and only charged us for a service call.
Craig and his team have since, serviced our units and electrical systems on
other occasions. I have found them to be a pleasure to do business with
and as always, are very thoughtful and conscientious.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for honest servicemen, or installation for hvac or electric.
"We thank the Customer for her comments and appreciate working with reliable customers! Feedback to our company is essential so that we may pass the word along to our employees of a job well-done and work towards improving our service if there is a problem!"
