I have been using Brenda to cut and color my hair for several months now and am very pleased with the service and results. The salon is clean, charming, unpretentious and quiet and I have never been kept waiting. My former hair stylist had retired so I made my original appointment with Brenda with trepidation since like many humans, I am resistant to change. Needless to say, Brenda put me at ease so I asked her for recommendations. She suggested enhancing the existing copper tones in my hair color which complimented my complexion and resulted in a more vibrant and updated look for a middle-aged suburbanite. The first time she cut my hair, I loved the style but found she cut it too short for my taste. I gave her honest immediate feedback and the next time I came, it was perfect. I also requested she add a bit more height to my fine hair when blow drying it and she complied accordingly. I appreciate that she listens to her customers and makes an effort to accommodate them. I have no artistic ability whatsoever and the cut is easy to manage when I blow dry my own hair at home. (Yes, it still looks better when she does it but that is why we pay professionals!) Brenda the beautician is also a magician given that she can significantly improve my coiffure in under two hours. :)

My family and I have been going to Patricia for hair cuts and color for years, and I love her and her work each and every time. She is patient with my finicky kids (13 and 7), her work is wonderful, and our visits are always a pleasure!

Patricia is that rare stylist who will do exactly what you ask for and ensure that you are satisfied. As a 55 year-old woman, I have been to many hair stylists. Before I found Patricia, I used to just hold my breath while they were working on me, never quite knowing how it would turn out, and often I was disappointed. But ever since I found Patricia (though word of mouth from other satisfied customers) I have never once been disappointed. She matched my natural hair color better than anyone else. And she is also talented at cutting both men's and women's hair. My sons have been getting their haircuts from her for more than 10 years now, and they are picky about how they look! Patricia is also very accommodating with scheduling, and as an extra bonus she is warm and genuine person who will chat with you, or not, as you prefer. This girl is solid gold and I will follow her anywhere.

I would say it is okay, I don't think it is fabulous, I don't think it is bad, just like okay, average. The owner is very nice. Everything is okay, the color is okay, the cut is okay, but it is not outstanding. Usually, I find it takes a little longer than other places. I think their prices are pretty good.

Brenda is very friendly and professional.  Her prices are very reasonable.  I will continue to go to her regularly, and I highly, highly recommend her.

I went to Brenda and she was awesome!  I found her extremely helpful, not only with my haircut but helping me acclimate to the area since I am new.  I am the type of person that needs to fool around with my hair after a cut to see how I like it so I was not sure at first if I would or not.  It has been a couple of weeks now and I can safely say that I love it.  It is super easy to fool with and looks good, even if I do nothing with it after a shower.  I will definately use her as my hair dresser.

I am extremely please with the cut and color proved by Janelle at Color and Hair Connection. About 6 months ago my
hairdresser of over 20 years retired. That was devastating. But I found Janelle after a short search and was immediate pleased with her ability to handle my hair.  I have short hair and a couple of very troublesome cowlicks. Janelle was able to quickly learn how I liked my hair styled and always does an excellent job of the cut. She is a master with coloring my hair also. My hair is almost totally white but Janelle manages to make the color look quite natural. I am always delighted with my cut and color and feel like I look 10 years younger when I leave.

Janelle as always did a wonderful job on both my cut and color.  I have been going to Janelle for several years at another salon and came with her when she moved to Color and Hair Connection.  She listens to what I want and only provides suggestions if I ask.  She is very professional and knows exactly what color I need each time.  I highly recommend her.  She has also cut my 9 year old daughter's hair and is very patient with her.

Brenda Vernon, owner of Color and Hair Connection, was recommeded by a friend in 2010.  I had been looking for a stylist for about a year before that.

Brenda listens to what I want and provides advice when asked.  Not only does she do a great coloring job but she also cuts and styles my hair beautifully.
The shop is light-filled and attractively furnished.  I do highly recommend Brenda.

I have been going to Color and Hair Connection since 2008.   After being very unhappy with the quality of color and cut I was receiving from another salon, I stopped by the Color and Hair Connection just to check it out.  I was greeted by Brenda, the owner of the shop.  We were talking about my hair and what style I was looking for.  Before I knew it, I was in the chair and Brenda was styling my hair.  I walked out and knew I had found my stylist.
Brenda does a great job cutting and coloring my hair.  She knows I do not like to spend a lot of time on my hair so she always gives me a style that is easy to take care of.  She also shows me how to replicate what she is doing.  The color is very natural looking.  The quality of her work is great.  My hair always looks great when I leave. 
Brenda keeps notes of my past visits so the cut and color is always consistent.  She is always able to schedule me within a few days from when I call her.  My hair has never looked so healthy, shiny and youthful since I have been going to Color and Hair Connection
