Their service is very good. They are prompt, courteous, and their estimate was very accurate. When there are any problems, they come out promptly to fix the problem.

The technician arrived on time and got to work inspecting our unit. He was supposed to do an annual inspection. He looked at the unit, but did not clean the unit, did not open and visually look at the equipment even though he said he did. Recommended that the outside ac unit and furnace needed to be replaced. After getting a second opinion we learned he did not do any of the work he was supposed to be doing.
We called the Service Manager to inform him of the lack of service performed and our unhappiness with the situation. He came out and looked at everything and agreed the technician did not do what he was supposed to do, then gave us a sales pitch trying to over-sell us equipment we do not need. He never apologized for the inadequate service or offer to refund our $200.

On time, professional...estimate given on 2 different brands. Had carried a Service Contract with them for several years...had a builders grade AC and Heat and had problems with both units. But with the Service Plans kept both units working for about 11 years. Replaced both in one day. No mess....very professional.

The are always here when you need them. We appreciate that they do not do a hard sell. They are very professional and trustworthy.

They are very polite. If there is a problem they tell you. They also don't invent problems so you don't spend extra money. They are very professional..They do a thorough job when checking the equipment.

They responded quickly, gave us a call back with the estimate the same day, and performed the work the next day.

The technician was very competent. He found some issues that saved us a lot of money in terms of the parts they replaced so he cut the bill by about $500 by not having to replace parts that we originally thought he would have to replace. He was very efficient and very knowledgeable. We were very happy with that. It took a bit longer to get the parts that we thought.
