It went great! Gabriel, Andrew, and Roberto were very knowledgeable and professional. They always arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. To keep the dust down, they set up a negative air machine and covered everything in the basement with plastic. After installing the drain trenches, then they poured 5,000 psi concrete that that looks great. The two 1/3 hp Zoeller sump pumps will keep everything dry. Couldn't be more pleased.

Work was performed efficiently and every effort made to limit dust from drilling into concrete flooring from entering second floor. System installed is working effectively and, despite heavy rainfall, we have a dry basement. We weren't sure if the system would resolve a different issue of water coming under the exterior doors (we agreed to wait and see before doing extra work) but we have had no more flooding there either. Extremely pleased with Aqueduct; they were much cheaper than the competition and offered a solution that worked with our existing system which other companies did not. Highly recommend!

John gave us the solution to our water problem, for a wonderful price. We received an estimate with a lifetime guarantee, explanation of work to be performed and references within hours of speaking to him. The work was completed the next day by his very professional and friendly staff. David, Luis and Roberto explained every step of the process and left my lot in perfect order! No other company could touch the professionalism or the price! Installed a french drain and re-placed buried down spout system.

I had three pipes coming through the wall. They did some excavation, and sealed up my basement. They kept the area clean, and were very professional. John sent two guys out and they did a great job. It's guaranteed for life, even if I sell the house!

They dug down alongside the foundation to locate a crack, which they repaired.  Because they provided a transferable, lifetime warranty, I am hopeful that the water leak has been permanently stopped.  They had to remove deck planks to get to the affected area, leaving some damaged boards in their wake.  But the deck was not in very good shape, so I don't know that they should be blamed for the result.  I felt that the price for the work was very reasonable

Overall, the entire experience was positive, from the assessment and estimate through the repair process itself.  The two gentlemen who provided the services were professional and competent, and responsive to our questions.  And the final cost matched the estimate.  No mess was left behind, either.  We would unhesitatingly recommend Aqueduct to anyone having similar issues.  John Babec, the owner, is a serious and able professional.

Very good.  Punctual - Arrived on time.  Evaluated our condition and gave suggestions.  Price was reasonable compared to other estimates.  He did recommend a dehumidifier which still are considering but have not done as of yet. 

Aqeuduct was a great company to work with.  We were in the process of purchasing a home, and the mortgage company required waterproofing of the crawlspace prior to closing.   John came and provided a detailed estimate, and because we weren't able to be there for the estimate, spoke with my husband (at 8pm!) for over an hour about the details of what work would be performed. We modified the work request slightly, and as soon as the current homeowners started the contract the work was complete in only a few days.  John then took an additional morning to walk us (the new homeowners) through the work and explain what each item was/did/etc. If ever we need additional waterproofing services, we'll be going back to Aqueduct!

Very nice and professional service. Cleaned up very well after service. Immediate response to my initial phone call but took about a month before representative came and another two weeks before start of job. They obviously very busy.

The whole process from  getting the evaluation and estimate to scheduling the work and then getting it done couldn't have gone bettter. We were so pleased with how the work was done. The crew worked hard each day and were so pleasant. The job only took 2 days. It is such a pleasure to go to sleep at night and not worry about the weather report and possibly having to mop the basement. It has been completely dry since they did the work. I can't say enough good about this company.

We were delighted to sell our house in only two days, but devastated when the home inspection revealed severe crawlspace moisture and mold growth. We had no idea. The buyer backed out right away, understandably so, and friend recommended Aqueduct. Bill DiStasio came out right away and looked over the situation, then brought in his boss, John Babec. John assured us that it was one of the worst cases he'd ever seen; but he also assured us that he could fix it. And he did! Our job was taken care of very promptly, although I'm sure this was a very busy time of year for the company. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions. The crawlspace now is dry as bone, the house doesn't have that overlly humid smell any more, and I'm fully confident that our home will sell very quickly now that this major problem has been remedied so expertly. Thank you John, Bill, David, and the whole team for helping us through a very stressful situation.

This is a follow up to my first review that I submitted just after the service was complete.
7 months later and I couldn't be happier...
At first I gave Aqueduct a good review because not only were their prices better but the hardware and materials included were higher quality than the other providers.
WIth Aqueduct I got a top rated Zoeller sump pump, Zoeller battery backup pump and 5000PSI concrete. The competitors used 3500PSI concrete and generic pumps. 
SInce the job was complete, my basement has stayed bone dry. We've had some torrential downpours over the past few months that were way worse than what was flooding my basement before.
John also went out of his way to add a backup channel drain by the back door that he did not charge me for. This drain has definitely saved my basement on more than one occasion. The main drain at the back of the house has gotten clogged several times with leaves and yard debris. Without the channel drain, the water would have backed up against the back door and flooded the basement. 
I've had John come back out one time since the work was done because I thought water may have been getting in in one spot. Over the phone he thought it may have been caused by something unrelated but he still came out without hesitation and sure enough, it was unrelated. 
Many providers promise that kind of service before you sign the check and but never deliver once you hand it over.
Aqueduct has delivered. 
I couldn't be happier and I have already and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

The estimate was very thorough and they came back before the work started to go over everything again on the estimate plus walked through the space inside and out to make sure they weren't missing anything. The crew showed up on time, completed the work in the timeframe that was discussed and they cleaned up after themselves.

Aquaduct has fantastic communications and the work was outstanding.  They showed up early on the day of the work and a crew of 3 went to work immediately.  John (the owner) came out and pointed out a couple of spots that he would like to add to the job to ensure there were no foundation issues with moisture. 
They installed the French Drain and tied in all of the downspouts.  They ran a total of approx. 120 feet of drain pipe that that hand dug the trenches for and covered.  When they left, there was no evidence they had been there to do the work.  So far, we have not had any issues with drainage after several heavy downpours. 
Outstanding company and I would readily recommend them again.
