"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

Anthony did the work with minimal drywall damage and installed a new, stronger box. John assessed the hallway light issue as a bad switch and make the repair very quickly. They sent a representative out to see the work we wanted done. We wanted recessed lights put up in 3 rooms. I initially told them that I wanted 4 lights in each room. However, when the representative came out, he told my husband that we really only needed 2 lights rather than 4 in two of the rooms. I appreciate the fact that they made a recommendation that saved us some money, even though it meant they would not make as much on the job!
