"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

Since I was still painting the ceiling, I decided against installing the ceiling fan right away and just had them install a ceiling outlet box to support a ceiling fan and to install a wall switch for it. They sent a representative out to see the work we wanted done. We wanted recessed lights put up in 3 rooms. I initially told them that I wanted 4 lights in each room. However, when the representative came out, he told my husband that we really only needed 2 lights rather than 4 in two of the rooms. I appreciate the fact that they made a recommendation that saved us some money, even though it meant they would not make as much on the job! The person who came to do the job showed up on time, was friendly and professional. I showed him the rooms and he got straight to work. He did a great job. We were very pleased with the final product. I would not hesitate to call on this company again."
