"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

Based on my situation and the current installed oil heating system I would be wasting money trying to change to a new electric system. Since I was still painting the ceiling, I decided against installing the ceiling fan right away and just had them install a ceiling outlet box to support a ceiling fan and to install a wall switch for it. He came out the next day and completed the job. Crew was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up well. Will definitely use him again for future electrical needs."
