"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. I am so happy with my new closet and overall the process was very easy. I highly recommend Scott and his team at DiJulio Contracting."

"Mr. Gámez had good suggestions on how to meet our design goals in these spaces. The work was done very professionally and looks fantastic. The work crews were skilled and conscientious and were a pleasure to work with. Workers were on site 6 days a week during the work period and the work was completed in only 5 1/2 weeks. We had none of the usual contractor horror stories, only a very smooth experience. We highly recommend Omar’s for painting and remodeling work of any kind."

"It was ok, although when I contacted Two By Four Construction to schedule the work, I was told to contact the subcontractor directly to work out the best time for the work to be done. The subcontractor who did the work was fine, although the night before the work was to be done, he notified me that he wouldn't be able to start the next day because of work he needed to do for other customers. We rescheduled it for several days later. When I called the day before to confirm that he would arrive the next day (a Friday) he said that he was unable to arrive on Friday (a rush job for a builder) and might not be able to start the following day because getting workers to help on Saturday would be very difficult (it's a three-day job). That was unacceptable so I pressed him and he was ultimately able to get some workers here on Saturday. He finished the job himself on Sunday and Monday and the refinished wood looks ok. He did not charge me for staining and installing the floor molding (which I had purchased) because of the scheduling problems, so all in all it worked out ok, but I would have much preferred to have had the job done when originally scheduled."

Jim the Handyman provided a specialist for each small project who performed work of exceptionally high quality. Every project was completed quickly, efficiently, and to the most exacting standards. Every team member was highly professional, but also friendly, courteous, and very respectful of my home. In addition, working with the front office team was easy and pleasant, and scheduling was a breeze. I will be directing all my future home repair and installation needs to Jim the Handyman. Great experience from prompt first response, to general contracting team with quality buildout of bedroom and amazing drywall skills, to recaulking the exterior with very high portions, to great flooring team installing 1200 sq of hardwoods in just about a day... would highly recommend - all crews were polite, professional, on time and worked hard. "While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."
