"Louis and his partner we very professional and thorough. They initially put down drop cloths to protect our floors and nearby items. The precisely installed the insulation to match up with what was already on the walls. I had 1 area that we could not clear out completely due to some heavy shelving, and they worked around the shelving and still did a great job. They ensured the new insulation was mounted correctly and attached well with the insulation that was already on the wall. They also fixed up with tape some adjacent pieces of insulation to make it look much neater. When they were finished to thoroughly cleaned up where they had performed the work. "Very easy to work with. Their repncame out and did a free home energy audit in a timely manner. They then go over over everything they find. He walked me through everything he found. The list he came up was priced out but was definitely a little more than I wanted to spend...but he worked with me to figure out what items to fix that would give me the most bang for my buck at the cost wanted to spend.
