"Louis and his partner we very professional and thorough. They initially put down drop cloths to protect our floors and nearby items. The precisely installed the insulation to match up with what was already on the walls. I had 1 area that we could not clear out completely due to some heavy shelving, and they worked around the shelving and still did a great job. They ensured the new insulation was mounted correctly and attached well with the insulation that was already on the wall. They also fixed up with tape some adjacent pieces of insulation to make it look much neater. When they were finished to thoroughly cleaned up where they had performed the work. "Debbie showed up on time and seemed knowledgable about insulation. However she had a hard time answering my questions because she was overly fixated on price. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it got in the way of me really understanding the answers. When the quote came in it was very resonable but when i emailed with a follow-up question concerning warranties, the lack of record on Angies List (despite being in biz for 100+ yrs) and a sub-contractor she was going to use for an exhaust ventilation, she wouldn't put some of the answers in writing until after I committed to using her company. After reviewing all of the quotes we received we finally decided to take a leap of faith because she seemed knowledgable and the quote was fair. i emailed saying we wanted to move forward and asked if i could i now get the informatoin i requested in writing. Unfortunately it's now been 5 days so we are moving in another direction. I bet the company does quality work but it won't be with us.
