"One of the builder's vendors damaged the floor joists when installing electrical. The builder tried to brace up the damaged joists and then overstressed the 2x4s trying to eliminate board sqeeks and groans. We didn't know this until Jim opened the floorboards and found the damage. This has bothered me for years. JIm stayed with the job even though the damage caused by faulty installation continued to cause problems. Eventually he was able to repair the damage and replace the noisy particle boards with plywood. I'm very pleased."

"The experience from start to finish was outstanding. An appointment was immediately scheduled giving us a time frame (10 a.m. to Noon) for arrival. They called us a little after 10 a.m. to say they were on the way. When they arrived shortly thereafter, they surveyed what needed to be done and quoted a price for their services. Both gentlemen were extremely efficient, cordial, and took great care not to damage walls, etc. when removing all items and especially some furniture which required removal from the second floor.
