I had originally scheduled for them to come on a Saturday, but when I went to pick up the toilet I had ordered from Home Depot, it had broken in shipping so I had to cancel my appt. and reschedule after I got the re-ordered toilet delivered. I then scheduled for them to come out on a Saturday but asked that they call me if they had anything on Friday (leaky toilet needed to be replaced ASAP). They contacted me Friday and told me they had an opening that afternoon. I was given a 3 hr window and the guy called before he came and was quick, professional and did a great job!
