While Jordan is not the cheapest, the work done was of the highest quality. After the project was completed, the walls were repaired and everything was meticulously cleaned. "The owner was prompt, personable, and explained choices and options very well. We chose to go with Stronghold even though we thought their price was a little high. The project was delayed very slightly because the trim color we selected was discontinued and we had to make another selection. The supplies were delivered and covered before installation. The installation was completed efficiently. One small piece at the gable end either fell or was not installed and we were not completely satisfied with the dormer wrapping. When he came for inspection of the finished project, the owner readily agreed with us and sent his crew back to fix it. They did a really nice job and the yard clean-up was impeccable. "Friendly's Painting was amazing from beginning to end.  I got estimates from three companies for this job.  Friendly's representative Tom came out on time, was professional, answered my questions, and didn't try to up-sale me on any of the work.  He told me the best ways to get the job done and save money, such as using the same color that was already on the wall instead of changing to white.  That way we would only need one coat of paint instead of two.  The work team was on time, very professional, and worked with great efficiency.  The "bosses" checked in on the crew during the process and made sure I was satisfied with the work.  This team took great care to remove bathroom mirrors before painting so if I ever want to change mirror shapes I won't have that unpainted area behind the mirror.  That is the attention to detail that I really appreciate.  
This was the most efficient, professional, and courteous company I have ever worked with from beginning to end and considering that I dealt with probably eleven representatives (estimator, scheduler, painters, inspectors, owner) throughout the process, this is saying a lot.  Each person was top-notch. We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.

"These guys redid the master bathroom, our basement bathroom, and renovated the h*** out of my townhouse so I could sell it. They put in all new carpeting and tile in the kitchen, new counters, new lighting, and painted everything. They also fixed a plumbing problem found in the pre-sale home inspection.
I can't say enough good about these guys! The only problem I had is sometimes they weren't quite as punctual as I had hoped they would be, but also they stayed late to finish some jobs correctly. I plan to use them again when I renovate my condo.
Also, I hired them to come with me during the inspections of properties I was thinking of buying. They saved me from buying a property with a collapsing and improperly supported floor. Recommend them for this type of work, too!
