"Job was promised to be less than two days. The crew arrived at the time agreed on and was thorough, covered walls not affected by the work and were finished by the end of the morning. I will recommend AA Action to anyone in need to basement waterproofing, crawl space improvements and related items."
"Dave from Clifton Contracting/Exterior Waterproofing came out to diagnose a leak in our basement. He came out within 24 hours and quickly identified what was causing the problem (gutters). Although this is a job too small for Clifton Contracting/Exterior Waterproofing, I would not hesitate to contact them down the road if I ever had an issue they would be better suited for. Thanks!"
"We are the 2nd owners of a 15 year old home. Don't know why the original owner/builder did not put a sump pump in the basement, as it would have been a cheaper option in the end. If you are building a new home with a basement, put a sump pump in, don't scrimp on what is a very valuable insurance policy. After looking at a handful of other companies to retrofit a sump pump in our cellar, we picked All Aspects Waterproofing, LLC. They did a great job! Very high quality work, and outstanding service. They did a great job! We enthusiastically recommend All Aspects Waterproofing to any homeowner!"
"Alex from Lux, gave me very helpful advice and he concluded that his companys services were not warented. Trustworthy, honest advice, and he answered all my questions thoroughly with visual and verbal explaination. Lux is a company I would recommend and use in the future. In my personal opinion, Alex saved me $10-30k in waterproofing. He said that I did not have a moisture issue in my basement and he gave me 3 things I could do to make my basement environment safe and sound for the future. A different contractor came in and gave me a free estimate to put a sump pump in for $7k and then Id need to finish my basement for an estimate of $20k. Alex from Lux, said I had a dry foundation and that my mold on my vinyl was likely a cause from a leak years ago from my washer or my dishwasher a level above. I truly felt that Alex was truthful, helpful and Honest. Go with Lux if you seek an honest opinion and company."
"I was very impressed with the whole experience with NV Waterproofing, from the estimate to the completion of the work. I had mold growing on a basement wall and a perpetual musty smell in the basement. Cristian came out to do the estimate. He did a full walk around outside the house and then did a thorough inspection of the basement. It was good to see that he used a moisture meter when doing the inspection. It's amazing that out of four companies that did estimates, NV Waterproofing and one other were the only ones to bring that tool. He looked at a waterproofing system that had been installed right before I moved in and explained what was wrong with it and then explained how it could be fixed. He was patient and explained everything. I appreciated that he did not put any pressure on us to sign anything before he left. After getting the estimate, I had questions and called the office t get answers. The office staff was great, answering what they could and forwarding the rest to Cristian who answered them promptly. Between scheduling the work and the work beginning, the Covid crisis hit. NV Waterproofing was great with working with us to explain our options of continuing with the work or rescheduling. I decided to go ahead with the job. The crew that performed the work was very professional. All had masks, all kept a good distance, and they did a great job of keeping the place clean. The foreman was easy to contact and promptly answered any questions I had during the job. All in all they were great. Including coming back promptly to finish off a final piece of work that had gotten overlooked."
"Best Buy waterproofed my basement and replaced my roof. They did a wonderful job! Insurance doesn't cover it so they made very affordable with their finance options they presented. I am so pleased! I will refer them to anyone that needs service. Thank you Best Buy!"
"They did an excellent job of waterproofing our foundation, burying downspouts, and replacing a patio to guarantee drainage away from the house. Most of our interaction was with the crew foreman. He spoke good English, showed attention to detail, and did a careful, professional job even when the weather got so hot we found ourselves urging the crew to take more breaks. They were not the cheapest bid, but worth it for the skilled workmanship. This is the second project we have hired them to do, and I would recommend them for any work where drainage is important."

"Excellent. A breeze to schedule with, they texted a photo of the plumber and his name when he was on his way. Arrived on time and successfully unclogged basement drain, then proceeded to replace leaky kitchen faucet. I remodeled homes in a former life, but I did not want to pay for the parts/equipment as the majority of the cost of the work was covered under a home warranty. Therefore, I can't speak to the total cost or value, but I was satisfied by the work completed."

A sump pump can remove excess moisture from under a house if standing water is present. Other ways to protect your crawl space from moisture include installing a vapor barrier, using a dehumidifier, installing insulation, and using a fan to dry the space. Finally, keeping your gutters clear of debris and positioning your downspouts away from the home’s foundation can prevent moisture from getting into the crawl space in the first place.
The most cost-effective foundation repair is using masonry patches and sealants to seal foundation cracks and offer some support to prevent further damage. These methods are used to fix minor foundation cracks quickly. However, they’re not suitable as a long-term solution, and they only offer minimal stability. On average, masonry patches and sealants cost $500, but a sealant like an epoxy crack injection can total over $2,000. If you’re handy and only looking for a temporary solution until you contact a local foundation repair contractor for a more permanent one, you can save hundreds by DIYing this repair.
Venting the crawl space can be a good alternative to encapsulation if you live in a dry climate and the moisture problem isn’t severe. You could also try a dehumidifier or install a vapor barrier on the floor, leaving the walls exposed. A new drainage system may eliminate the moisture problem if it is not caused by humidity.
Most people consider a French drain to be one of the most effective solutions for foundation leaks, but it’s not always a standalone solution. French drains will help keep water away from your foundation to reduce the risk of leaking and structural damage from soil expansion, but depending on your foundation type and location, you might need other systems or techniques—like soil gradation and gutter and leader installation—to resolve the underlying problem.
Water damage to concrete is often gradual and can take months, if not years, for a concrete structure to be fully destroyed. The process often starts with cracks on the surface, followed by sinking slabs and eventually crumbling cement. Therefore, it is important to repair minor damages early to prevent the situation from worsening.
