"We needed privacy film installed on side lights and transom around our front door. We were looking for a more cost effective alternative than replacing glass. Bob responded quickly and suggested the perfect film for privacy, light transmission and appearance. Mike did an excellent job on the installation. On the appointment day, he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive early. It actually worked out better for me. He worked professionally and answered my questions along the way. The film was perfectly cut for the 15 pieces of glass that made up the lights and transom. It was done so well that it looks like textured glass. We are extremely satisfied especially since it’s the entrance to our home."

"Everything went very well, from the estimate to the complete installation. Randy was very easy to work with, and was very efficient. He needed to replace some of the wood, once he removed the old skylight, and the work was done promptly and perfectly. He did not try to push products or services that were not required and cleaned up the work area completely. I will definitely be calling Reinforced Skylights when skylight #2 needs replacing as well. This time I won't waste so much time waiting on other companies to return my calls. My only regret is I didn't know they could have worked on the dry wall replacement as well. "It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. The challenging part of having somebody come and inspect the roof was that I had only been in the house for a few years and I noticed some water spots on the ceiling. I had no recollection of whether they were there beforehand or started to create themselves during the 2 years that I've lived here so I wanted the inspection done on the roof. I have no desire to get up on the roof so I have no way to validate the work other than the technician came out and he said there were some nails that needed sealing and he sealed up around some of the vents. I don't think the spots are getting any bigger. There were no additional costs. They were very good with communication. The price was good and the guy seemed to know what he was doing."
