"After reaching out to another company that was recommended by a friend and getting a wishy- washy response, we reached out to Arctic via their web form on a Sunday afternoon. Bob called almost immediately, spoke with us about our concerns, and set up an appointment to show us options for the very next morning. Bob went over several options with us and scheduled our three day installation for Thursday. We ended up having additional questions and Bob spoke to us on the phone and even came by the house again to alleviate our concerns. On the first day of installation Mike, the installer, arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and even took the time to make sure we were happy with the first window before moving on to the rest of the house. Mike’s technical skill is exceptional! The three day job only took two days and Mike made sure to answer all of our questions before he left. He left our house just as he found it, with the exception of a beautiful new tint. We could not be happier with the results so far. If you didn’t know our windows were tinted, you would have no idea. And the best part—we actually get more natural light in the house now with the tint because we can open our blinds during the day, yet maintain our privacy! "After a big hailstorm in our area, EA knocked on the door and urged us to have our home owners insurance come out and survey the roof and siding to see if there was any damage. I'm so glad we did, because the insurance company recommended that we replace the entire roof! EA Roofing came out to my house to go over all my options, and even upgraded me to a better kind of shingles for free! They installed the new roof quickly (about a week after that meeting) and they were very professional. The new roof looks great!

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. The challenging part of having somebody come and inspect the roof was that I had only been in the house for a few years and I noticed some water spots on the ceiling. I had no recollection of whether they were there beforehand or started to create themselves during the 2 years that I've lived here so I wanted the inspection done on the roof. I have no desire to get up on the roof so I have no way to validate the work other than the technician came out and he said there were some nails that needed sealing and he sealed up around some of the vents. I don't think the spots are getting any bigger. There were no additional costs. They were very good with communication. The price was good and the guy seemed to know what he was doing."
