They were ok

Started out as a repair to some very old skylights. Once it was shown repair wasnt really a viable option, Amazing Skylights did a great job with a new pair of skylights, including the tax credit available for solar power shades.

If it was possible I would give them extra stars. I needed a downspout and garage door trim replaced in a quick time frame in order to sell my house. Not only did they meet my accelerated deadline, they did amazing work at a great. If you are debating which contractor to use… don’t! Choose Amazing Skylights! You will never regret the decision!

Professional, clean and fast. It was cold outside the day they replaced my skylight. They kept the old on covering and removed it just long enough to put the new one in. Minimizing the heat loss.

Rich from the roofing division of Amazing Skylights was great to work with. He offered a free estimate of the repairs I needed to fix a leak in my roof. His crew were professional and found the problem right away. They also cleaned some mildew off of the siding in the area where they were working, which was not a standard part of what I would expect from a roofing company. Rich gave me a fair and honest price for the work they did, and even reduced the price from the original estimate. I also appreciate that he followed up with me after the job to make sure the problem was fixed. I would hire them again.

Highly recommend. They were on time and very responsive in dealing with insurance and our requests. They spent over an hour just on clean up and I've yet to find anything left behind. They were super fast and one of the lowest prices. Full roof replace and ventilation installed. The delivery of materials was simple and the whole process was made great by Amazing Skylights. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Amazing skylights' workers came when they said they would. They were polite and efficient. The new soffit and gutters look fantastic. The price was exactly as estimated!

After consulting with four companies, I decided to hire Amazing Skylights because they were the only company able to do it all at fair prices: install roof drip edges, replace rotten facia wood and gutter, and install gutter guards. Other companies offered temporary solutions (only replace gutter/facia but not install missing drip edges, which means high likelihood of more rotten fascia in the future) at outrageous prices or tried to upsell by recommending that I replace the entire roof. The owner, Ritch, earned my trust and loyalty by providing honest assessments of what is needed with great professionalism, communication, and patience throughout. His team monitored the quality of the installs closely and provided photos of work that was completed. When there was a minor adjustment to be made post-install, he quickly responded with a service call under their warranty. Highly recommend the entire team as I also had pleasant interactions with his son Tanner and phone operator Erica. I hired them for additional roof maintenance and will hire them again when we need to replace the roof or install skylights. Extremely difficult to find reliable and professional contractors these days, so I'm grateful to have found this family business.
