"After reaching out to another company that was recommended by a friend and getting a wishy- washy response, we reached out to Arctic via their web form on a Sunday afternoon. Bob called almost immediately, spoke with us about our concerns, and set up an appointment to show us options for the very next morning. Bob went over several options with us and scheduled our three day installation for Thursday. We ended up having additional questions and Bob spoke to us on the phone and even came by the house again to alleviate our concerns. On the first day of installation Mike, the installer, arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and even took the time to make sure we were happy with the first window before moving on to the rest of the house. Mike’s technical skill is exceptional! The three day job only took two days and Mike made sure to answer all of our questions before he left. He left our house just as he found it, with the exception of a beautiful new tint. We could not be happier with the results so far. If you didn’t know our windows were tinted, you would have no idea. And the best part—we actually get more natural light in the house now with the tint because we can open our blinds during the day, yet maintain our privacy! "Roofing and gutter work was very efficient and satisfactory. Removed old shingles and paper and replaced with new paper, ice shield and shingles, all in the same day. Took care to protect foundation plantings and deck. All materials removed and magnetic roller used to pick up loose nails in the grass. Gutters were replaced subsequently; again all work was professional and completed quickly with all debris removed.
Skylight took some work to get the right replacement - non-standard size - but once the right replacement skylight was delivered, removal and installation was done quickly.
Tony and Hassan worked with my insurance company and the adjuster to fully identify what needed to be replaced and did the work for the amount approved by the insurance company. Tony was on-site when the adjuster arrived for his inspection and accompanied him throughout.
