"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done.
