"Mr. Shifflet, the plumber, was great to work with.  Very professional but also easy to talk to and showed us what he was doing every step of the way.  He kwas able to not only address our original issue, but also identified two others.  He fixed one, but alas, we need a new dishwasher to address the leak.
Cost was a little on the high side in my opinion.  The charge for the actual repairs was reasonable, but just the charge for the service call was a little steep.  The price you pay for an expert.

"The amount and quality of work done by Mike and his additional worker was everything we could've hoped for and more. Before Mike rescued our driveway, it was in bad shape - completely washed out (12" deep hole in one spot) along with terrible drainage, there were dips, it was uneven, grassy middle strip...the list goes on and on. He dug a perfect trench along the driveway and filled it with rip rap, we needed 40 tons of gravel to repair the driveway, a new trench dug at the top of the driveway, etc. etc. they even cut back limbs and probably a whole lot more that I probably don't even realize...it just looks great! He was incredibly fair, straight-forward and did an exceptional job. We made a few changes along the way and he took it in stride and made it work like it was originally part of the plan. I was given an appointment for an associate to come to my home the next business day which was a Monday and give an estimate.  Two professional men came to my home at appointed time.  They educated me on the difference between halogen vs. LED lighting systems. "Nick has done a lot for us. More than can be checked with one box. This project has sprouted legs but Nick has been honest and provided solid advice throughout. We had flooding and he started off providing drying equipment. He then assessed the issue that was causing the flooding and has fixed it by waterproofing the foundation, installing a french drain, and channel draining. While assessing the damage he found mold and has done full remediation to the basement. He continues to work on this project by offering counsel on who to hire on reinstallation s well. Nick has been a Godsend and has treated us fairly. I feel like his costs are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend him and his crew."

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."
