I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. I had a backyard that had pretty much turned into a mess from mud and poor drainage. Water would just sit for weeks on end to the point that it would start to stink. He made several drainage adjustments to my back yard to include installing a french drain and then I had a hardscape patio installed in place of the the constant sloppy mud I have had for years.
