He carefully inspected everything (even took a video under the house) and then laid out several options for us. He really knows systems. He suggested a special filter system because my wife has asthma. We selected what we wanted and made an appointment for installation. The team that came to do the installation was also punctual. They were polite, professional, and hard working. They were also pretty quick. There was a lot to do to replace our system, and they were done in half a day! "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. "Eric and his guys did a great job. First thing I noticed is Eric is extremely responsive and prompt. Second thing is he explained everything in depth with options. Finally the job itself was great. I had a backyard that had pretty much turned into a mess from mud and poor drainage. Water would just sit for weeks on end to the point that it would start to stink. He made several drainage adjustments to my back yard to include installing a french drain and then I had a hardscape patio installed in place of the the constant sloppy mud I have had for years. The finished product was great I certainly would give it 5 stars and recommend him."
