"In addition to being thorough and careful, this company was very landscaping-friendly. Was willing to do everything he could to avoid harm to my trees and plants. Absolutely nothing was hurt by the cleaning solution and nothing was stepped on. Zach did an excellent job. My roof is moss-free, the algae is gone from my decks and railings, and the house is clean. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."
