Her work is very thorough and good. She has a very organized system, is very pleasant to deal with. She is on time and dependable. The only reason the rating is a 4 rather than a 5 is that she doesn’t move big piles of things to clean under on shelves, or take down wall objects to clean if she’s afraid of breaking it. Also, she doesn’t always clean behind things. Bathrooms and floors sparkle. Perhaps there is too much to clean in the allotted time. We are very glad to have her working in our home."
