Legacy provided the best quality service and pricing for my replacement roof and gutter project. Legacy was the only vendor to actually check the attic space and the underside of the roof. This verification revealed 3 areas where water had leaked and damaged the plywood sheathing under the shingles. I would highly recommend Legacy Remodeling for your next roofing and gutters replacement.

I noticed a leak on my ceiling after a bad storm and Tim came out the next day to inspect and talk through my options. He was knowledgeable about the HOA regulations in my neighborhood too. I went with a full replacement and Iâ m so glad I did because it turned out great and now I have peace of mind since my previous roof was original. His team did my full re-roof in one day and left it spotless when done. Added bonus: they are also able to fix the drywall where my leak started! Tim and his team were amazing. Our roof was going on 24 years old, and he did a complete remodel/install. Tim is one of the most professional business owners I have ever met. He showed up on time with a quote ready and the specifications of the roof in hand. Due to his responsiveness, charismatic attitude, and the professionalism he and his team showed I would recommend him to anyone I meet. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

I have know Tim for several years. During that time before he was in business for himself we had a bad hail storm in Stafford and I received hail damage on only one side of the roof that faced the damaging wind and hail. The insurance company would only replace the damage side. Tim worked with me and I was able to get a total roof replacement. This was a big blessing. Timâ  s company recently replaced a dozen or so siding, on a three story town house that blew off from high winds. I was able to gather all but one of the torn off siding and Tim replaced all of them and matched the one missing one with a new peace. Great work Tim thank you for the consistent professional repairs.

Because of up coming rains from hurricane Debby the install date was set up earlier because I had a leak in the roof. Tim, the owner was there inspecting all aspects of the job and they did an exceptional job.
