He chose the under cabinet lighting and set up. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. The first time I turned them on I was with a group of friends. We all gasped as if we had just seen a spectacular magic trip. The cabinet vendor and designer treated us poorly from the get go. Adrian did his best to act as our advocate. We appreciate his efforts but we all paid for the cabinet company's mistakes. Did not say goodbye to Adrian. We just said "see you later" He will be coming back to do additional renovation work for us."

"The service person checked  the components of our AC systems and took measurements to determine how well the components were performing relative to desired specifications.  He went through the results to make sure we understood, and was professional and polite.  Some components were a bit off specs, but not enough that action was needed at this time.  He offered to enroll us in their annual maintenance program, which is typical for these businesses.   He was not pushy.  If we weren't planning to move, we might have signed up.
