"Absolutely terrible communication and poor workmanship. I have a contract to update my screened in porch. â 3 day jobâ started June 24 and now it is July 24. Havenâ t heard from anyone in over a week despite talking to Rob on three occasions about completing the project. Curtis stood me up for an appointment. Jay continues to ignore my communications and the original salesperson has apparently left the company. If you want a headache and a nightmarish experience by all means, otherwise, look past this company for your project needs. I take it at this point itâ s just not going to get completed."

The entire contract team was prompt, timely, conscientious, and meticulous. As messy as these projects can be, they kept our home clean and as dust free as possible. Edwin and Christian made great recommendations and steered us toward sound decisions throughout the project. "Best Homes LLC just finished our basement and we could not be happier! The quality of work is outstanding and the team was always on time, happy to be here and great at communicating. Jefry is a great project manager and always takes your input regarding placement of different aspects and fixtures. It was a lot of fun working through picking out different tiles, flooring, cabinets, colors, etc to make the space how we envisioned it. We even got to choose the placement of extra outlets and things to make the space fit for our use. The price was very reasonable, especially after being quoted nearly double from another contractor. Our basement turned out absolutely gorgeous and now we have a functional, finished space with a full bathroom and wet bar included. The team was incredibly accommodating, gave a generous allowance for tile and flooring, etc. The project was finished with the quoted price and on time, and we will use Best Homes LLC as our go-to for any contracting needs. 10/10!"

"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

We built a second home on a mountain side in Front Royal so we were not able to visit as often as we would have liked to see the progress being made. But we were always pleased with the craftsmanship and the progress when we visited. The process was smooth with just a few hiccups along the way. Mr. Richard treated my home as if it was his own making sure everything was done correctly. At times, I felt like his trades and subs often went above and beyond and gave me the best service possible.
