Customer service was excellent. A very nice and pleasant receptionist took time to talk to me and not act hurried. She was understanding about lack of money living off only SS#. She sent out Charles and Joe. Very nice and professional. The problem took some time to find, but they were patient and professional. They found the issue, a burned out capacitor. They had a spare and installed it. They gave recommendations for the future. The bill was less than what was stated. I can't say enough good about this company. Within 10 days we were able to obtain a phone consultation, an in-person estimate and the installation of a new HVAC system for our house. The communication was constant to ensure that we were always on the same page. They showed up promptly at the promised time. And after they were finished, the work area was thoroughly cleaned up.. We will always contact AeroTherm HVAC for our heating and a/c needs.

They were very professional and polite. They worked with us for the preinspection and were flexible with scheduling the actual work.
