There was one problem. My front, asphalt driveway is not designed to hold the weight of the truck, and he initially drove up onto the driveway. At the time I made the appointment, I emphasized that the truck was to be driven around back and not onto the driveway. I phoned the day of the appointment and reminded the office that the truck was to be driven to the back of the house and that I would show the driver where to enter the path behind the house. "Owen and Adam arrived within the agreed time frame. They explained what needs to be done before having me signed the agreement. After cutting a portion of the ceiling it was found that the toilet above is leaking—video tape of the leak was shown to me. They then explained what needs to be done to fix the leak—I.e., the commode will need to be taken out, replace the wax and re-seal the toilet. The work was clean and efficient. Owen also gladly took out the bidet that I requested to be taken out and even replace the waterline with a new one. My only complaint was that they quoted an estimate but stated all payments by credit card required a 2.5% surcharge, and they offered no office address for delivery of a check or payment to avoid charge. "Tou did a great job with work if installment. BUT, I have not been informed that I need additional pieces needed to be installed for RELAC and they did next inspection and gave me pass certification.... is it reliable? This year RELAC people from Reston association came to tux the air condition issue that I had and they informed me that if I don’t have those pieces in the system, my house will get damaged and not good for my air quality. I contact Clover and they were not responsive and the response that they have given later was so unprofessional. I was happy with their service but finding this issue with my HVAC installation and their response made me decide not to work with them again. I thought that they were recommended with my Condo because they knew how RELAC work and the structure or how inspection passes. Obviously they don’t ... Thanks"

"We were having problems with our septic. 1 st we had the tank pumped. Continued to have problems with backing up. Zack and his helper came out and snaked the clean out pipe. Worked for a couple weeks backed up again. Bryan and his helper came out and snaked the pipe again and ran the camera in the pipe which showed tree roots clogging up the pipe. He then ran a root cutting tool in the pipe. As Bryan was doing all of this he explained everything he was doing and why. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was excellent. He advised we need a crew to dig up the pipe to the tank. Jay and Cody came out and dug up the pipe and inlet access and found clog mixed with tree roots. They cleaned everything up and all is working. Thank all of you guys for your help. I would recommend all them !"
