Loudoun Septic just left after pumping our septic system today. They were prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I recommend! Shout out to Danny Gray and John Stein V who did the work today. Thank you.

We had the dreaded septic alarm go off over the weekend and determined it was likely the floats that were bad. I called Monday morning and they arrived Monday afternoon to pump out the tank and diagnose the alarm. The floats were determined to be an issue and they scheduled a repair for the next day (Tuesday). The crew arrived early Tuesday morning as promised and completed the repair in a timely manner. I watched at the end and could tell they were intent on doing the job correctly the first time. I use Loudoun Septic quite a bit. Good people, responsive, and good quality. I've never had an issue with them and they are honest.

Loudoun Septic was very straightforward, no-nonsense, and predictable which is very appreciable. They were very responsive and very communicative and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They offered a few options but didn't put the hard sell on anything. I contacted Loudoun Septic after another maintenance guy noticed a small backup in the basement bathtub.  They agreed to come out, pump the tank and look for any problems.  We had lived in the house for about 3 years, had a brand new build and were due for a pumping.
They came out, pumped the tanks, snaked the lines and discovered that the filter pipe was not connected to the other tank.  This was done by another provider when the home was built 3 years ago.  Jesse was able to get several people out to help them that day.  They pumped out the tank, cleaned and repaired the filter and attached the pipe to the second tank.  This was all done while I was on a rare business trip and my wife was managing two sick children.  I can't thank them enough for their promptness, professionalism and competence in fixing a situation before it got really bad.
I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my neighbors.  I couldn't have hoped for a better group of people to help with a bad situation.

I called to make an appointment and was told they could come out that day to evaluate the septic system. They were very clear, on the phone, that the cost would depend on the depth to the septic connection and that they would bill us the complete amount after the work was finished.   They came out to evaluate the depth of the septic tank and determined that the tank was buried below the current standard of 18 inches.  My husband was home and watched them stick a measurement stick in the ground where the septic tank is. 
They scheduled the work for later that same week and brought the heavy equipment necessary to get to the septic tank connection.  They dug down to the septic tank connection, pumped out the septic tank, filled in the hole they had created and left.  The bill arrived and was the amount I expected based on the depth to the septic tank and the work that was done.

Very prompt and their scheduler, Laurie was fantastic.  She even called me on a Sunday to confirm the appointment.  The workers Cliff and Kevin did quality work in a timely manner and handled everything with the permits and the health department.  The price was very competitive and I did shop around.  I recommend their service if you want it done correctly and in budget.

ILoudoun Septic came out to service our septic tank.  Upon request, they ended up spending a lot of time inspecting our very old and failing septic system (without any additional cost). They came up with options to save us large amounts of money.  The previous company that come out did nothing to check failing components.  I wish  we had gone with Loudoun Septic 10 years ago.  They REALLY care about their customers.   They deserve an A+ rating.

Great. Were a little bit late due to emergency but they gave me plenty of notice so I didn't care. I didn't need to be home for the service but since I am a city girl I wanted to be there in case of any problems, I didn't know what to expect having never dealt with septic tanks before. The man with the truck came up to the house and introduced himself (Jesse I believe) he was very friendly and personable. He answered all of my questions and explained a lot of things I hadn't even thought of...you mean there's a pump. what a shock! Very happy with company and gladly recommend
