I first used Mr. Daniel's 5 Star in 2008 for my new construction home that I needed to lease. The property manager later decided to go with a warranty company. What a mistake! When Mr. Daniels began to service the home again, it was clear that I had to spend a lot more because routine maintenance was ignored during that time. Recently, he replaced a furnace and zoned air conditioner unit. He also replaced the entire air conditioning system and furnace for my mother's mid century home. He was excellent at straightening out problems caused by less experienced handyman repairs which seemed less expensive at the time, but were not in the long run. Mr. Daniels is a consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable, explains the problem in a way a non tech person can understand, gives pros and cons for different options to take, and offers the best price possible for the job. He is patient and does not talk down to women. (That should be a given, but it is not!) His work is meticulous and thorough. He cares about keeping your home clean while doing very messy work. His integrity is the reason I continue to call him and refer him to friends and family. He shows up on time, performs the work in a timely manner and communicates any problems that arise. He stands by his work and his word. Always! I have never had any additional costs after the initial estimate because his diagnosis of the problem is so thorough. Always! I usually do not speak in absolutes, but I have never had a problem with his work. His fees are more than fair, given the quality of the work. Excellent, honest, and professional job!
