Best architects near Great Falls, VA

"Bit Architects were awesome. I have dealt with architects in the past and they are top notch compared to others. Terry Bitar and her team have gone above and beyond with any and all of my concerns."

"We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."

"Todd has been awesome to work with. We asked him for help designing a 2 phase addition that would include work on all sides of our existing house and every floor of the house. He has helped us through the entire design process, answered all our questions, made very good recommendations and answered questions from our builder and the county permit office. His work has been quick, accurate, and affordable. I highly recommend using him for your next design project."

"Easy to schedule, they were here early, very polite, and got right to work. They did a great job. Make sure you are completely clear with them about what you want (and maybe also what you don't want) - they did a few things I'd have preferred they hadn't, but I should have been clearer. Would hire again."

"Very professional, easy to work with"

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"Baumann's Lawn & Landscape did an amazing job, in a short amount of time. I couldn't be happier. These are the guys to call! Santos brought numerous workers to execute the job. They effluent and fair I would call them again for my next haul job."

"Aaron is very passionate about his work."

"He replaced my roof and did an excellent job. He is very responsible, when he was doing the roof in my neighborhood a lot of other residents worked with him as well. I always refer him because he is responsive, always on time, and his prices are competitive."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"
