Powerwashing
They came the same day to provide an estimate for pressure washing our house. Their price more than fair so we hired them to come back the following week. The team was courteous, polite, and hardworking and our house looks great! They even covered our rose bushes before the job, and applied a neutralizer to the rest of our plants and bushes after the job. We'll be hiring Premium Exterior Cleaning from now on and will recommend them to friends and family.

We called Premium Exterior Cleaning to get an estimate. They arrived the same day to give us a quote which I feel was a very fair price for exterior and interior window cleaning (including screens). We set a date range just in case there were any weather issues. Victor called me ahead of time to confirm and make sure we were all set. They were on time, efficient and professional. We are very happy with the results. We are going to call them in the fall. Thank you very much for such a great job. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Got a prompt reply to our request for gutter cleaning and was on their schedule the same week. They did not throw the leaves and stuff from gutter into shrubs as some others have done. Bagged their trash. Added on driveway cleaning - excellent, and very nice people

Victor came to my house at within the time window he said he would, and called an hour in advance with an update for more exact arrival time. He arrived with a crew of himself and two others, did a quick estimate, suggesting a very reasonable price which I accepted. Less than 2 hours, the rain gutters and down spouts all the way around my 2-story house were sparkling clean -- including hard to reach parts above a Lanai along the back roofline. Without extra charge, he related a damaged shake ( I had a spare one in my shed) and fixed a bit of siding trim at the edge of the roof. Everything was left clean and tidy. Victor's attention to detail and sense of professional pride is outstanding; I recommend him without reservation!

I called Premier after receiving a price from another company that seemed a bit unreasonable. When I called Premier, he came to look at my property that same day and quoted me a price that was $200 less than the other company. He delivered on the promise to make our home look brand new again. He even cleaned places that I hadn't thought of (e.g. the ceiling of our porch) and took the time to move furniture off the deck. He was punctual, polite and professional. I will definitely use Premier services again and will recommend to neighbors.

Called right away and arrived to complete the powerwashing job exactly when he said he would. I have had many bad experiences with companies in the Williamsburg area who don't return calls, don't show up when they say they would, and leave me with the impression that I have to beg for a service and pay them too. This was not the case with Victor. Thanks to him for his professionalism and his pride in the service that he offers. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I am very happy with their work. They cleaned my roof,gutters,house,driveway and front walkway. We just bought this house a few months ago. They moved all items and when done they put everything back. They were reasonably price. They will be back in the fall to clean the gutters again if necessary.

They were on time and performed their work on the roof with both care and safety. They also cleaned much of the house such as windows and brickwork that showed mold or algae . This included chimneys ,front porch support columns and the rubber roof over the front columns . We did not expect such service.
