"It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"

"This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this."

"I liked Oscar and was happy with the finished product, he did additional work/fixes when I requested and at reasonable costs. I would hire them again. Make sure you have a detailed scope and discuss on site prior to starting, that would have saved both of us time on this project."

"Michael did a great job in replacing the fixtures and cartridges in both of our showers, finding and removing the cause of restricted water flow in one of them, replacing the caulk around our tub, and removing a stuck hose on one of our hose bibs outside. He was very cordial, and he even took a video of the water cut off in the crawlspace, which two previous service people had told me an incorrect location for, and tightened up a loose toilet. He arrived on time, kept us updated at every step of the way, and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely hire him again for other things we need done around the house. "
