"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"They did a great job, except they were supposed to wash the roof of my shed but apparently got confused and pressure washed the siding of the shed instead. The shed looked much better and the roof I decided to let go as not particularly important. Guy tried to tell me that they DID in fact do the roof of the shed but it is very obvious that they did not. After a several days and a few rains, it looks very different than the main house roof."
