Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm.

BEWARE!!!Well much has changed over the past 8 months. My review before was total BS, all the promises that we were sold on from Sheri was nothing but lies. We are still fighting with Paramount today with the incomplete job (yes 8 months) and the poor quality. Sheri preached about the quality and the expert installation. All total BS, they trashed our yard, broke our ornaments, shutters upside down, windows wrong size, the trim is a wavy mess, sharp jagged edges, good luck getting someone to return calls, we still have not received our invoice with the jobs broken down and itemized. They took our money without me approving the completed job. I have detailed videos and pics along the way that I will be posting so someone else doesn't get screwed and scammed by their sales people.

It took 5 months to install a picture window after signing a contract and making a 50% deposit because of all the window production problems at their factory. After putting in the window, they couldn’t properly install the drywall on the interior of the wall and I had to bring in another company to finish the job. They left debris outside, with lots of nails in my yard below the new window that I had to find to protect my little kids. Very nice looking window in the end, but the process was a very long headache.

STAY AWAY! AWFUL COMPANY. ONLY TWO WORKERS THE WHOLE TIME. NOONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. THEY BROKE OUR WATER LINE AND WE DIDNT HAVE WATER FOR 5 HOURS. SCREWS LEFT ALL OVER PORCH. STYROFOAM LEFT ALL OVER YARD. TRASH LEFT FROM CONTRACTORS. BROKEN FRONT PORCH LIGHT AND DOORBELL. We had one of the "bosses" come out and he seemed to be outraged from the work as well and promised they would be out to fix all the issues. A month later and still nothing. Can't get a response.

I'm happy and satisfied with the service. So far so good. I would use the service again. The people were nice.

The new roof is great but the following harassment is not. We had them price replacing windows after the roof was done. Now they will not take no for an answer. They keep pushing the sale and after telling them we are not financially ready to take on such an expensive project they keep insisting on sending out representatives to push the sale. We have called multiple times to say we are not interested and do not want anyone to come out but they won’t take no for an answer. Very unprofessional.

This is more of a critique of their advertising practices. They call up acting like you have called them and then they try to get you to buy their product. Lousy sales model.... Just today I was called by Erika (757-321-1945.) I told her I didn't want her product and she hung up on me. I hope this is the final call!

Everything done in one day, as promised. Wonderful customer service and installation.

It went very well. They came when they said they would come. They finished the work in a timely manner.

Contractors showed up at specified time and performed job in professional manner.

Wonderfully from talking to representative, ordering windows and window installment. Windows were installed in one day by a very knowledgeable installer. Hard worker, conscience, courteous and friendly. We would recommend this company to all of our friends.

The windows are great and the contractors were professional and on time. I would recommend them to everyone.

They are quite pricey but they were good. Best materials and very efficient, I would highly recommend them.

It went great! They removed old windows, put in new windows, put trim back up. They showed me how to work the new windows. They gave me the papers near the end, but gave me time to fill them out without being rushed.

Teams were on time both days and worked diligently. Work was performed very well. When on minor issue did come up, the team and sales manager handled it quickly, professionally and satisfactorily. We are very pleased.

These guys were Awesome! We are very pleased. Looks really nice also!

They guys who did the install were very professional and punctual. We had some rain delay so it ended up being spread out over 3 days. But each day the head guy would talk with us and explain what had been done and when and what was expected for their return. They did a fantastic job and our house looks like it got a much needed facelift.

The work and the workers were great. The price was way too expensive. The sales pitch was too long. The salesman was determined. Would not take no for an answer. Would not leave until he had a sale. My advise: DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!! The offer you an overall price. Then a price if you sign a contract today only. Lots of pressure. Would never do business with them again. I cancelled the contract. They came by the same evening and offered a "better deal". NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I am satisfied with the work performed. All of the crews were professional. On time and answered any questions that I asked them. The quality of the work performed was good. My main problem with Paramount Builders is that once they get in your home for an estimate, they don't want to leave until they have a contract with you. If you cancel, as I did, they respond by coming back to "give you a better deal". My advise would be. "Don't let them in your house". They have no plan for you to get other estimates, compare prices or anything else. I would never do business with Paramount Builders again. They push this "warranty" and justify there outrageous prices with their warranty. My ratings are based on my dealings with Paramount Builders and their reps. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
