"Don professionally repaired my deck. He replaced rotten wood and shored up support beams. He also assisted me in deciding the best decking materials to use. I decided to use a composite material for the decking material, and he did a fantastic job on installing. He also did a little extra work with loading, hauling, and spreading rock under the deck to help the drainage problem. He is spontaneous, cleans and clear the work area every day, and a down right good guy to work with. I plan on using his services to paint the deck this spring, and I would highly recommend him for any deck repair job."

"Wes did a great job, wasted no time on the roof and even cleaned the area around the house after he finished. He even clean the roof of my shed! I have already talked with him about repairing my deck. Would definitely hire again."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."

"The results of the power wash and gutter cleaning are magnificent. The crew took the time to not only do the cleaning , but also secure my loose gutters. They were attentive to detail, such as washing off debris from my cars park nearby and working around loose objects. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to have their house power washed and gutters cleaned for a more than reasonable price."

"Their work was a good quality, clean, and they make sure they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them."

"Team was very well prepared and worked quickly. They replaced numerous supports that were rotten and swapped out wood for trex. The deck looks fantastic and was very cleanly finished. Would absolutely use again!"

"Good Neighbor Fence installed a beautiful black aluminum fence in our wooded backyard. The fence is perfect, allowing our dog to run while not obstructing the pretty wooded view to the pond. The employees worked efficiently and cleanly. They enclosed the large yard, working in the tree line in 2 1/2 days. They were on time, polite, worked hard, and removed all evidence they had worked out there! I would highly recommend them."

"They were on time, worked quickly, and did a wonderful job. We will be using them again the next time we need powerwashing done."

"

Dave and his crew did an outstanding job.

He was very punctual to return my request for services. Very patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Stained decks look great. Lawn and gardens look super. He knows his business. Highly recommended!  Will use him and his team again on future projects.
