"Juan was available within a few days of calling to meet me at the residence to go over the scope of work needed. This included removing and replacing rotted soffit and fascia board, power washing, prep, and painting of entire exterior of wood siding and replaced woodwork. Was very reasonably priced and started the work within a couple of days. Additional scope of work was added due to unexpected wood rot but Juan was also reasonable with additional costs. We also agreed to add new gutter & downspouts. The quality of work throughout was outstanding. Since I didn't live there, Juan would periodically text me photos of the work as it progressed.
