Downside was that the quote looked low based on his basic labor charge, and he added material and repair afterward. That made the price 2.5x the quoted price, which gave me some sticker shock. They powerwashed my house, painted the entire interior, fixed the drywall where it needed, painted and stained my front porch and stained my back deck. He even went above and beyond by reinstalling my railing that leads upstairs that was loose and installed a missing doorstop in one of the bathrooms!
